2D magnet (ferromagnet)

2D ferromagnets are layered materials which can be exfoliated to atomic thickness. Even at monolayer, these materials exhibit ferromagnetic properties. The representative materials are CrGeTe₃, CrSiTe₃, Fe₃3GeTe₂, Fe₅GeTe₂, CrI₃, and VI₃.
